From site plan to estimate
An organised compound, step by step.
Start with a site plan — an authorised aerial image or a plan supplied by the operator — then define zones and levels before assigning spaces, vehicles and contacts.

The operator supplies a plan or an image they are authorised to use. Identify rows and access routes.

Define zones and levels
Divide the site into clear references: site, level, zone, row and space. This structure adds no fee to the public price list.

Assign vehicles and contacts
Link each space to a vehicle and its contact or customer account. Use colour to aid recognition; set daily parking rates according to your operating rules.

The calculation below uses the setup fee, Hub, sites and monthly transfer volume shown in the brochure.

Who is Parking Connect for?
Professionals managing vehicle compounds: dealerships, car park operators and logistics sites. The aim is to share a view of spaces and organise vehicle movements.
Is the preview the complete application?
No. This page offers a local simulation with eight spaces and fictional vehicles. It explains a few actions; it does not create real transfers or invoices. A guided demonstration lets you see the application and check your requirements.
How much does Parking Connect cost?
The brochure presents setup fees, subscriptions and transfer pricing excluding VAT, with a worked example. Any adaptations require a separate scope and quotation. The €24/day in the preview is fictional and is not the software price.
Can Parking Connect connect to our tools?
A custom integration with Odoo or another application can be explored. Feasibility, exchanged data, access and cost must be validated before commitment; these connections are not automatically included.
How should we prepare for a demonstration?
Provide your contact details and, if possible, the number of sites, compound size and current operations. Krakento receives your request by email to prepare a suitable conversation. No access to your production data is needed for this first contact.
