Krakento SRL, identified above, is responsible for the processing described here. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact contact@krakento.be or our postal address. This policy covers krakento.be; external services, including appointment booking on krakento.com, provide their own privacy information.

Forms collect the data you enter: name, contact details, company, subject and enquiry content, and any service, budget or timing information. Parking Connect enquiries may also include your role, country, number and size of sites and current processes. Required fields are marked; without them, the enquiry cannot be handled.

Enquiries are sent to Krakento by email. Browsing also generates technical data: IP address, request and browser information, technical logs and session identifier. Language is remembered in the session; theme and presentation-dismissal preferences use browser storage.

Responding to a quotation request and preparing or performing a contract rely on precontractual steps or contract performance where you are a party (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For contacts at a customer company and other enquiries, processing relies on our legitimate interest in responding and managing the business relationship (Article 6(1)(f)).

Security, abuse prevention and website operation rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our services. Accounting and tax retention rely on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Any marketing requiring consent cannot rely solely on form submission; consent must be separate and revocable.

We do not use these forms for solely automated decisions producing legal effects or profiling of that kind.

Unconverted prospect enquiries are kept for follow-up for no more than 3 years after the last meaningful contact, except where evidence must justifiably be kept for a dispute. Data needed for a customer relationship is retained during that relationship and afterwards, only where necessary, for the applicable limitation periods.

Invoices and legally required records are retained for applicable accounting and tax periods, generally 10 years for records covered by Belgian VAT retention duties. This does not justify keeping an entire file for that period. Technical data is limited to operational, security and evidential needs; cookie lifetimes are shown on the dedicated page.

Data is accessible to authorised Krakento personnel and providers needed for hosting, email, maintenance and customer relationship management, within their assignments. It may be shared with advisers and authorities where necessary or legally required. We do not sell form data.

The website loads the Geist font from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google your IP address and request information in particular. Booking links open an external website; information you enter there is covered by that service’s privacy information.

A provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where needed. You may request details of recipients and safeguards at contact@krakento.be.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to contact@krakento.be. Proportionate identity verification may be needed where there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month; an extension of up to two additional months must be justified and notified within the first month. Rights may be limited, notably by statutory retention duties or the defence of legal claims.

We must implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including protection of access and communications. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. This policy is updated to reflect website processing; its version date appears at the top.

The questionnaire uses your choices to suggest an initial direction. No lead record is created unless you request an email. If you request a summary, a confirmation email is first sent to your address; your address, answers and recommendation are kept for up to 24 hours pending your confirmation, then processed by our delivery service and its technical queue, without marketing registration. Temporary counters limit abuse; the result has no legal effect and does not replace a conversation.
